MIND-BODY-SOUL Coaching

A three-month long program where we dive into the aspects of self- 

the mind, body, and soul.

"Mind" work looks like setting boundaries, methods of self-care, coping with stress, etc.

"Body" work looks like finding a high-vibrational diet that works for the individual, physical manifestations of trauma/stress, the importance of physical movement, etc.

"Soul" work looks like finding time each day to pursue a passion, discovering true passions, relationship management, 

shadow work, etc.

One-On-One Mindset Coaching

A month-to-month, personalized program. You decide the course!

This is perfect for those who...

- want to change their lives for the better but don't know where to start
- want to embark on a more spiritual life course but need assistance

- desire a more fulfilling, heart-centered life
- need someone to guide them through changes (diet, life, personal)
- have a hard time inducing life changes themselves
- need an adultier adult to point the way!

 Through the use of mindfulness techniques, nutrition, meditation, and shadow work, we will create a unique path together to unleash your full potential. Being an artist and musician for the past decade, I also promise to bring in some creativity exercises to help unveil your creative self and get those juices flowing!
